A nicely put together course, brief and to the point. A difficult course to deliver since it is such a part of every day life, not much to learn but liked the run time.

One of the questions that I answered incorrectly, I feel was possibly harsh as the answer I provided was in my opinion also correct!
The training is well resourced which helped tremendously. The explanation is clear and more importantly the combination of theory and demonstration (practical) was very helpful. The language use was clear and simple. I learnt quite a few skills.
