The course covered all parts required to do a LITE assessment and ensure that you are aware of the need for manual handling and the need to avoid unecessary lifting but also how to reduce the potential for injury whilst lifting.
I thought the content and pace of the course was perfect. It captured all the elements it needed to cover.
