Great course, lots of new learns such as carrying out LITE assessments and the Golden Rules.

Some of it was pretty obvious and completely intuitive but it's good to reinforce good practice and remind people of the importance of looking after their backs. It could be useful to encourage strength training to further improve people's ability to handle loads safety and maintain good health into older age.

It explained in detail how your back works, breaking down into components and explaining what you can do to reduce the risk of damaged caused.
