This training course has a direct application to my position and as such was very useful

A good basic course on how to lift safely without injury's.

I am able to follow the training flowingly and smoothly. I appreciate such periodically trainings that help to remain us keeping ourselves in check with various aspects at our work place, keeping us safe and knowing our rights for improvement.

Easy to understand

Excellent course.

As with many of your presentations, when listening on headphones I am finding that the audio on many of the slides are truncated, and that the sound does not start at the same time as your presenters are opening their address to the audience. This is becoming tiresome as I find that I am trying to work out what was said, rather than the content of the training course.
