Videos informative, however, the neutral spine question in the test should have been more clear with regards to the distinction between align and straight.
I thought it was a very useful course. I have osteoporosis so must be extra careful. Instructions were clear, focused and simple. Very helpful reinforcement of the need to prepare ahead.
