The course in itself was a good course, very much full of the information required for safe manual handling. All in all was appreciated and did have some things i weren't aware of (although a lot of the info i found to just be common sense) the main thing i would say was "wrong" was it was very bland (i understand it is about the info contained and not a tv series) but it was very much like being talked at rather than informed only reason i gave 4 stars and not 5.
The course started with an explanation of how the back works. It discussed the importance of maintaining good posture at all times and making sure the body is aligned when lifting and moving objects. It also had some good examples of different manual handling situations.
This course is informative, practical and interesting. The format is engaging and promotes ease of understanding and remembering for manual handling skills and awareness.
