Too long and suffers from too much repetition.
I had to load a new tab everytime I wanted to move onto the next section, after every video I was unable to click next.When encountering this problem, I had a very generalised amount of support that was not specific enough to solve my problem, It took much longer than necessary...
Nice and straight forward. Good to jog my memory on how to lift safely. Also to remind me off the importance so not to injure myself or others
A good clear and well presented course. However, the latter part dealing with multi person lifts comes over as patronising, over prescriptive and overly conservative of in terms of the lifting capacity.

Maybe the best manual handling course I've done. It had detailed CGI, the odd pun thrown in and all relevant information given clearly. Thanks.
