It very educative and minimise future injuries

I loved the fact that the course seemed to be more holistic this year, building on the messaging that has been given in previous presentations. I especially welcomed the information that made it clear that the individual's responsibility to take care of their health and carrying out risk assessments can help to prevent many of the potential risks that you can face.
