Simple to follow. One slightly frustrating feature was - if I needed to go back a page to check something, I then had to wait for enough time to pass again before moving back on. Thought the test was fair, challenging but not trying to catch you out.

I wish I was more aware of my body when I was younger
I found this course very informative and easy to understand. It made me think about how to keep good posture in every day situations as well as carrying out safe practices in the work place.
