I enjoyed the teaching and they were engaging
Relevant for my job and will make me analysis certain lifting procedures I have to carry out at work where it has caused strain on my back recently.
This course highlighted that manual handling awareness is not just a workplace process. This will make a difference to the way I lift, carry and move objects (and myself) in all aspects of my life.
where the course was to instruct manual handling for a able bodied human there was nothing included for a disable person or older human which find it hard to get up from bent knees.
