Very good, well laid out course. Contains a lot of positive information on the body, joints and muscles and gives you an understanding of the correct techniques required for safe manual handling. The one downside to e-learning is the lack of a practical assessment especially in manual handling and first aid at work courses. Other than that, very good and informative.

I weirdly enjoyed this manual handling training, it wasnt as stale as the ones we usually get. I liked the quick bullet point information sections and connection to home life and affect manual handling can have on every day tasks
