A good well explained course which makes you aware of the correct lifting techniques you should use everyday, and highlights the dangers of performing even the most fundamental everyday task incorrectly, as well as those which are more challenging.

I found the videos very useful and will put it all into action in my working day
I have been trained several times on manual handling and this was one of the best courses I have carried out. I had no trouble with the test on completion of the training which must mean the subject was well covered.
A basic but timely reminder that we carry out Manual Handling even when we don't realise we are doing so and must always strive to follow the basic rules.
