A good course. However some sections are very quiet (I Struggled to hear them) and other sections are too loud. Didn't have any issues with sound quality on any other course. Apart from that, the course is good.
This is a very good course. In our daily life we don't know anything. We carry loads wrongly which is very dangerous. This course is very well guided. can make it easier and healthier. If we don't know how to carry the load, we can face a big loss at any time. I recommend everyone to take this course.
