Highlights different areas of the back that are vulnerable & how not to obtain injuries .
I knew a little bit about manual handling, especially the bending at the knees, assessing the load before lifting, and putting the weight of the object towards your stomach. I learnt about how much 3 people can carry, when not to carry a load and to use mechanical equipment and ask for help.
Very clear and well put together training.
