I found the course interesting with a easy to remember rules & tools to aid my personal manual handling technique , (LITE & Golden Rules). This is a good MH course with good content that flowed and was easy to follow - clear & concise. Thank you.
It made me realise how important it is to lift items safely and correctly with the correct lifting techniques. also to assess the item and ensure no obstacles or slippery surfaces are in the path of movement. Don't lift anything that is NOT safe to do so !
