A bitesize approach to training which made the whole process easy to digest and remember. Nice and understandable which progressed at a nice pace with summaries after each section allowing you to see the points in which each section wants to promote.
I would have given 5 stars but for on thing! When the woman loaded 2 parcels onto a sack truck, she didn't put them right at the back . She then leaned down and pushed them sideways with one hand in an awkward twisting movement. They must have been light, or she couldn't have done it!
The course entails key skills and methods to give you the correct ways of manual handling safely and correctly without injury .
