Very thorough training module with everything covered
Well presented training.
The training was well presented, but some of the examples showing load lifting are a little unrealistic. More realistic examples with heavy loads would be helpful.

Helpful and Informative
I found this course helpful and Informative. It's a good reminder of keeping a good posture and what to consider when lifting. I will consider LITE when lifting (Load, Individual, Task and Environment).
