Not much I can add really, course was easy to follow and was not too long winded
Clear and precise training delivered, will good recap and assessment at the end.
This course teaches us how we can carry objects without heating our back bone. If we are not careful and carry heavy object it could heart our spinal bone and cord.
Absolutely clear from the first learning to the end, also with a clear idea of what the importance of this topic is; to be aware of how you can maintain your body and fitness both on site and in private quite a highlight.
