It was a good reminder of how to look after our backs, as we often forget how to look after our backs whilst lifting heavy objects either in the home or workplace.

I would like to first start off by saying, the vidio clips during the course used ilistations and I think that makes it incredibly educational. Second thing is, it is very easy to acsess due to the fact that you just press on the tile with your course on and there you are. That's all from me
