Concise dialogue and easy to follow information.
This course has provided the information you need to carry out Manual Handling tasks in the transporting or supporting of a load that involves lifting, putting down, pushing pulling, carrying or moving. Very well explained and informative.
Helpful with a lot of video explanation's which was good. At times I felt things were repeated and unnecessary but overall an informative course.
This was poor. As a practical topic, it really needed to be carried out in person. Videos were quite dull and I'm not sure I learned anything,

It would have been better to do this when I first started - as a 60-year old, I already have lower back problems that I manage by doing a lot of things (stretching, running, going to gym, etc.) - I think the training course would benefit from including more references to getting relief from existing problems and advice on not worsening them.
