I think it was good that I was educated on back structure and different muscles etc. but I think it could have been explained in simpler terms. The way the different techniques of lifting were explained could have been simpler and easier to understand.

It's good to get that extra piece of knowledge.
Very impressed with the course and surprised at how I have been lifting incorrectly.
The course was easy to follow, did not use any jargon or unfamiliar words/phrases and gave all the information needed. The videos were a simple format and did not confuse or distract from the subject matter.
