Very good course.

Enjoyed anatomy section and very clear, helpful information and principles to avoid injury and make lifting loads as safe as possible. Helpful for work and more generally for home life

I've done similar module for First Aid

This was similar to an E-Learning course that I completed in 2021-2022 for Basic First Aid, 'Manual Handling' of boxes, bags and other material in the workplace. How to bend your legs, not your back when lifting heavy items, and how to store them safely too!

5/5
Patronising.

The theory part was OK, but the lady doing the examples was about as convincing as Gareth from 'The Office'.

Good watch

It’s something that helps people remember that you can do yourself some harm not lifting stuff in the right way

I found the course simple.

Putting together a narrator showing how to safely approach manual handling tasks, with the slides resuming the relevant topics of the course was a great way to make the video simple and effectively easy to learn.
