easy to follow all the information, a good reminder of what to do with daily tasks.
First training with this company and whilst most of it was common sense it was a good reminder and not too condescending.
As a manual handling trainer, I give this course 5 star due to a lot of people in all industry get injured by doing task manual handling
This course was clearly presented in small chunks and well defined both visually and verbally.
Although most of the content was common sense, it made you think more about what you did on your daily work routine.
I like the idea of understanding how things work to begin with. This way you can prevent injury in most circumstances.
