Makes you think about your posture at all times.
I thought that the Manual Handling Training course was well structured and very informative. I have learnt a lot from watching the video, ie the importance of the correct posture and techniques to use when lifting a load from ground level to waist height. In addition, I now have a better understanding of the human spine and the importance of not causing any misalignment of the spine when attempting a manual lift of a load positioned at ground level.
