The course had a lot of information within it but gave the information in clear well laid out and descriptive episodes.
The video was a great idea. the context is vailed. the delivery is so painful and long. one short vidioe instead of numerous repetitive vidioes. all the key info would make a simple poster and I would have retained more info.
I enjoyed the training, good illustrations and examples to improve and maintain good back posture and to prevent any back injury Thanks
