How as health care workers how to use our bodies and posture in manual handling. When and how to lift large objects to avoid future injuries.
A clear and concise course giving full understanding of the risks if the correct manual handling is not adhered to throughout everyday life
Good course to follow
A good refresher, which is definitely worth watching.
Well set up and informative.
would be nice to see a training program with real people doing it and not actors that haven't done a days work in there life! example of lifting stuff totally not in the real world! use weight in the boxes and not empty ones then get them to lift it! don't twist while carrying stuff, look at your example of team lifting where both the blokes where twisted while walking with the bench. one was putting it down while stood away from it. double standards! get real with your training examples.
This is a useful course that all in the business should take so that risks and techniques are known. It will save external trainers being required.
