Perfect as a reminder and get you out of bad habits..!

Good course, normally these things can be boring and are far to slow but i thought the pace was spot on. Though I took notes throughout it might be worth suggesting this at the begining as they proved very useful for the test..!

Excellent program - very clear and precise

One small critism - the certificate doesn't mention that the training is in Manual Handling. (Ed. will look into this!)

4 Stars

Useful course,as it emphaises once again the importance of lifting and handling in a safe and sensible manner. Thought the presentation was pitched at the right level, bright and informative and not too heavy.

Good videos

Good videos which let you know if the lifting techniques you have been using are the correct ways for the long term health of your spine! Some useful info that is common sense but easy to forget to consider when it comes to moving items around.

5/5
clear - straight to the point - good use of ICT

the use of modern techniques to present concise information is a must in the digital environment we're living in. These video presentations address all the downfalls of classic power point presentations and make the infromation more accessible and more enjoyable to learn / retain.
