The Manual Handling Training was very good. It gave me valuable information and made me think of the LITE Assessment before any manual handling is carried out - Load, Individual, Task and Environment.
Easy to follow with clear instructions and videos
Great quality content delivered in a simple but direct way. Videos are good with an appropriate speed of understandable language and amount of information.
I think this had been revamped since I last did it -- very well put together, clear and engaging. I particularly enjoyed learning all about the anatomy - bones tendons discs etc
