Very helpful & informative.

Most of the content was common sense, but it's surprising how common sense does need re-inforcing now and again. Also I did laern the difference between sprains and strains!

Informative programme, easy to complete

Thought the programme was easy to use, well designed and informed, with good explanations throughout. One thing which stood out for me was that you covered manual handling lifting at other heights other than just floor level, as well as team lifting, which people tend to forget. Thank you

It's good to be reminded occasionally about what should be common sense, but often gets forgotten - especially as forgetting it can lead to lasting damage. the course is good enough for the purpose I think.

The information was very good and well presented and certainly made me think about the lifting I do on a regular basis - 15 kg bags of horse food etc. However I didn't really rate the questions because knowing the difference between sprain and strain doesn't make me a better lifter. I think the questions could be better targeted.

A really comprehensive and easy to understand course on Manual Handling. I hope to roll it out for all staff at my place of work.

I found the test very condescending

The first two interviews with two women who have suffered accidents either in the workplace or at home I felt was far too long and contained information that was very condescending. I myself suffered two slipped discs some six years ago and was fully recovered within just six months through my own rehabilitation with the help of a Chiropractor and a lot of exercise and I thought the testimonial that one woman was still suffering and would be for the rest of her life from a 'bad back' was appauling! It was far too sensationalist and scaremongering.
