Good Video and infomation
Very useful training.
The programme and the video were excellant. The graphics regarding the back were most informative particularly illustrating the discs and impact of lifting incorrectly.
Very good all round, only one slight misgiving is that it was difficult to set aside the time to complete this training during a normal working day. People should be given a dedicated period of time for this.
V good - showing reasoning behind techniques e.g. spinal disc video helps to reinforce the need for good practice.

I personally think that this training should be done in a classroom setting,so you can do practical side of this training
This training is essential for life - equally beneficial at home or at work. Whilst some time is required to be set aside to undertake it, the benefits to both company and individual culminate in a certificate to confirm completion and understanding of the subject matter.
