The traning programme was very infomative and clearly presented. Good to learn through visual means

The programme was expressed or compiled in a failrly interesting manner. The information waas clear and relevant. The videos did seem to take long to load but that may have been because of our own IT set up. Thanks.

The course kept my attention throughout and I feel I will be able to retain the key learnings on manual handling. The content answered the key questions I have always had about manual handling. I am conscious that to really effectively learn something like this then you should also be physically watched as you handle a load though, which is why I only gave a 4 star rating.

Easy to folllow

Well designed menus and navigation system, suitable for people of all abilities and would not intimidate people who are less computer literate. Videos are easy to understand, good examples are given and easy to comprehend. Explains the risks of manual handling comprehensively.

Each section was clearly and precisely illustrated.Having the option to go back to any section of the training before taking the test to refresh is a good idea.

This was a very good way of showing the correct and in-correct way of lifting items. It is so easy to forget how to lift in the every day to day running of things.

Not sure if this type of training is suitable for the older generation or individuals that are not confident with using computers, but for me I found it easy to use and very informative.

Easy to follow, can be done in sections, you can go back and review a section you are unusre of.
