Easily accessiable, clear and concise
Good to have as refreashed your memory on how and how not to lift and the dangers of not doing it right.
Having thought I knew all there was to know about manual handling, I still learnt a few things.
It`s good that yuo don`t have to finish it there and then, if you have a busy shcedule it`s ideal , if your neede somewhere else in a hurry you can just go back to it later
I have just completed the Manual Handling at Work Programme and found it helpful. There was some new and useful information that I didn't know but most of it was common sense and the programme was a useful reminder that common sense is not always present in every situation. It reminds us that preparation and consentration are essential for a successful outcome.
NO SPEAKERS ON MY COMPUTER, SUBTITLES NEEDED. THE LOADING OF VIDEOS BETWEEN SECTIONS TOO SLOW WHICH AFFECTED CONCENTRATION
I thought this training was very useful and can be used in a variety of contexts both in work and at home.
This is a wonderful way to learn everything was very clear and you arer able to go at your own pace.i could not fault it.
I felt the programme was excellent easy to listen to focused on the main areas you needed to be aware of, and emphasised a lot of areas which are common sense but nevertheless you still do not tend to always put into practice.
This programme presented the essential and relevent information in a sensible and understandle way within a unhurried timeframe. I particulary liked the physiology of the spine and the way lifting can affect it's health. This, combined with the manual handling techniques, blended well and enhanced the overall understanding that the candidate experienced. In summary, a top class production.
