The course identifies in simple stages the hazards associated with manual handling and effectively informs you of the correct procedures for risk-free carrying and lifting. It is common sense - but we do not always use it. If I were to level one drawback to the course it would be that there is nobody around to check you have interpreted it correctly when applying the principles. Not quite sure how a computer based learning package could ever do that - so until then this course provides the best it could ever hope to achieve.

The training was not too long and informative.

Interviews and introductions at the beginning were too long.

This could be improved by adding subtitles as in some of your other training programmes, as not all computer workstations carry a sound card.

I thought the programme was very useful. It is presented very well. The only thing I did not understand is why there was a topless man at the beginning of the programme?? Very odd! Good product though.
