Quick and to the point

As stated above it is quick, simple and to the point. Saves alot of precious time to do this in a traditional format. Basic clear instructions

You do really need to watch the video's and to listen carefully. You may think you can skip these but there are questions you think you know but don't.

As back injuries affect most of the British workforce, it is good to know there is constructive training for safe manual handling in the correct manner. Thank you.

Easy and informative

The course is simple to follow and informative about lifting sensibly.

Difficult to listen to the audio

I did the module without sound because it is difficult to have the sound on in the office. It might be useful to suggest at the start that people have personal headphones or, subtitle the commentary. There were two questions I initially got wrong because I hadn't heard the narrative.

Very good training content and format

I found the content of this training informative and useful - for both work and home life. I really liked the format of using a DVD with headphones - as it allowed me to concentrate with minimal distraction; and as each learning point was reinforced with a visual demonstration - it made it more memorable and meaningful. Thank you.

Enjoyed the programme but just to let you know that several times the videos to be watched froze.

The training was effective.

The training was effective and gave plenty of information, however I feel that some parts took to much time, they coudl have been explained quicker and just as effectively.

Thorough, bite sized, reviewable

Well presented, thorough, always opportunities to review any section for clarity

Very well presented and easy to understand. It rams home the obvious. In other words you will not begin the task of lifting an object without thinking about how it should be done rather than just picking something up and running the risk of injury. Well done
