Very informative training programme. Good idea to demonstrate the correct way to lift loads with a clear breakdown of the actions required. I found the personal testimonies very enlightening and these have made me think more about the consequences of being careless about applying manual handling techniques.

Well laid out, interesting content

Well presented with interesting content. I would say though, that lifting and twisting is discouraged generally, then there's a video-clip showing two people carrying a table while twisting sideways during lift & move !

good and informative easy to follow

other members of staff would find this an easy option for training and easy to remember with the use of diagrams and video clips.

Very good & informative

Thought-provoking and broken down into bite-size sections... I love the short video of a baby doing manual handling intuitively!!!

very good

This is a good programme for employees to watch as it is just common sense that people do not do on a daily basis, watching this reminds you to do these things so you do not end up injured.

My staff enjoy doing the health and safety videos and the test..It's a good way to learn.

Very comprehensive and easy to follow

Easy to follow programme with good video clips - not too long - succinct.

5/5
Clear and easy to understand.

My I- know-all-this-already attitude served me right when I only got 95% in the test. One criticism would be the drawings of a person seated at a desk. It was too difficult to see which one was correct.
