Good as you are able to follow at your own individual speed and when time permits. It was very informative and made very clear how manual handling and it's techniques could be applied across any aspect of life covering a range of day-to-day activities.It covers the importance of your back, proper lifting techniques and preparation to be used to enable you to carry out a job more effectively and safer.Would definitely use this programme again for other types of online training.

Everything was explained clearly and was not rushed. Also you can stop when you need to and go back over an item if you are not clear about something.

The course was fairly useful in propting me to think about using common sence when lifting objects. However, some of the intro videos were far to long and didn't really make any useful contribution. It was also inclinded to state the blindingly obvious, 'This is your neck, it holds up your head and allows it to move up and down'... really!

I think the programme is very informative and user friendly. it keeps you interested however i'd say many sections do not really get tested properly whereby the question will ofte be the first basic slide

The programme goes into more detail than I expected with a good explanation and the test was comprehensive.
