Good educational tool and considering I have been trained in manual handling a few times this training programme actually enlighted me in a few areas such as details of spine make up.

When the office girl pushed the chair on wheels out of the way to move the hard drive she could have put the hard drive on the chair and then pushed it,thus saving her so much carrying.

Informative but repetative

This covered all the important information in a user friendly way.

Very clear instruction at the right pace and not burdened with too much jargon. I also like the fact that you can complete it in stages and the use of video really helps to explain and get the key points across. All in all, very worthwhile

Training was clear, concise and well presented. Easy to navigate menus, focused videos and detailed questions served to make this a very useful training resource.

I found it very useful, but was pleased to be in a quiet room with no disruptions, as wouldn't have worked if I had been in my office!

Very easy to use and understand

Really good, feel I now know how to lift in the correct way.
