Very good

Excellent course , saved a lot of time by being online and at finger tips. Thought pausing in each section helpful as office distractions were ongoing.

I thought the content was excellent, easy to understand and informative. An excellent way of ensuring all staff receive adequate and necessary training. I did experience a slight delay during the loading of the video material but this was negligible.

The content of the programme is good, but could easily have been summarised in a 2 page pamphlet (with pictures). Would provide a good basis for the initial manual handling training but is a bit excessive for refresher training!

It was easy to understand and take in the information. It wasnt a drawn out course that had loads of facts you wouldnt need. It was very convinient to come back to if I suddenly had to do something else. The lay out was great to use.

I found this programme a good way to update my Manual Handling skills. I found the interactive programme much more engaging than having to sit in a stuffy hall and listen to a boring lecture for two hours!

Didn't like having to click on to the next section every few seconds - was this really necessary , or did you just want to check I was awake?The videos and descriptions were very clear and well done.The reasons for doing things properly were a bit laboured.Felt the physiology questions were not really necessary in the test --- you were supposed to be testing my understanding of manual handling not human biology.

Well presented, interesting and informative. The short, sharp presentations kept my interest and the information was very easy to digest.

Good programme, can be used for any role. Alot of information.
