I found this training very helpful and although you think most of it is common sense it's always an advantage to have fresh information. I suffer from a bad back on a daily basis and wish I'd thought about these implications when I was younger. I have printed the literature and updated our staff notice board.
This programme was clear and very helpful.
Easy to understand, no too technical. Audio and visual training work well together. Tests easy to work.
This course was very informative, but I took the test twice and got 19/20 each time - the same question was wrong twice, but I think it is a fault in your questions - a sprain is? Answer - an injury to a muscle or ligament. But this was marked incorrect!
The first time i have done training on the computer, found it very easy to use and enjoyed the experience.
The information given was clear and precise, and not too laborious!!
Easy to follow instructiions, and not too long. Clear and concise
Although it seems common sense on how to correctly lift heavy objects, it amazed me how little I actually thought about it before handling something heavy. It's good to be aware of how much damage we can do to our spine etc. when lifting objects far too heavy for our body weight
Good
Worthwhile
