Last time I did this the training the task assessment wasn't called "LITE" and I liked the acronym. A good refresher.
I will be honest - I appreciate the opportunity to learn about how to lift safely - we often do a group collection of heavy deliveries and the reminder of lifting from the knees was a helpful reminder.However, I found the course to be quite patronising and was a bit "obvious" and cringy.Sorry! Thank you for asking though 😊
