The fire hazard course had subtitles which was great as I work in an open plan office this one didnt so I actually missed a lot of the content
The training gave plenty of practical advice and was spoken at an understandbale pace. The points were reinforced at the end of each section and with good visual examples of the advice being given. The course was about the right length and I would advise it is taken in one session.
I enjoyed the information given in short bursts rather than one long and boring meeting.It was easier to retain the information given and kept it interesting.
It was informative and great to know it could be completed from the desk top. No need for a trainor to come into a work place with good video tuition like that.
