easy to follow
To be honest, I found the training a little tedious as it was so repetitive and a lot of the things taught were quite obvious. I did learn a few bits and pieces that I didn't know before, though and it consoilidated some of the things I already know. I think it could have been a little bit shorter and still as effective.
Covered everything you need to know but to be honest how much is there to know about picking things up?? Found the DVD informative but a little drawn out
The Manual Handling Test is a great idea, the test gives you a good overall knowledge on manual lifting in AND out of the workplace. Impressed.

A very well presented training programme. It was easy to follow and understand. The fact that you could return to any of the modules or back space the pages was an added bonus as was the fact that you could re-take the test if you had not passed to the required percentage.
