visually this is good training and the information is also good but it fails my test because it was too easy to fast forward through it, get the answers wrong on each section then the final test was too easy, i did this in less than 10 mins but still passed. i think some staff would do the same.

Would reccomend this training

i have enjoyed doing the training and found it very good and easy to understand and also easy to use with no problems.

Very comprehensive. Gives lot of good pictures and videos which enable how to lift things correctly, what your chair should be positioned like, etc.

Conscise, clear and practical training that is informative in all ways of our lives. Useful guide when using our bodies for moving heavy items which we tend to take for granted until we cause an injury that may affect us for life.

Subtitles would help on this one...

It' was a bit slow video but had useful information.

Very good training programme, easy to follow and understand

short videos has been very good in keeping my interest alive introduction part and "know your back" section has been good in making me aware that the course is important for me
