It reminds us what we should all know.

The most usefull part is reminding one that MANUAL HANDLING is not confined to the work place. Also that trying to avoid lifting is always the best plan. Disapointingly, there was only one section upon the safe lifting limits (or weights beyong which your brevardo should be proscribed) and no clear reference that should repeated lifting be required (from one's job) that's probably inappropriate unelss the loads are much lighter. Finally, if the score on the test relates to knowing what to do to prevet damage to oneself, then why does the test require knoweldge of what you define to be STRAIN, an engineering term which has a pricise and different meaning, when all that is required is that what ever you call it, it should be avoided as it really means POTENTIAL DAMAGE.

Enjoyed the training. Quick to the point and covered all aspects required. Some of the witness accounts were not really necessary to covey the message required.

Very informative, clear, easy to follow from one section to another. Simple and easy to understand. Quick and simple test using your common sense and what have learnt through going through the various slide training presentations.

Very easy to follow, clear descriptions

Excellent programme. I hope the whole population will have access to it. I wish I had seen it before I injured my back 16 years ago. My disc went halfway through my spinal cord - I am extremely lucky to be able to walk now.
