very informative and thorough

as above

5/5
You cover all the basics in good detail.

There should be an option to read the information instead of listening to the narrator who speaks very slowly. I was very frustrated by the length of time it took to complete this training as I had to wait for the video to finish each time. I prefer to read visual cues with pictures as opposed to listening to the speech! A personal preference only!

3/5
Really concise,helpful and informative.

The training was just enough to be informative and helpful for the everyday needs of careful manual handling at home and in the workplace.

I found this a very helpful and useful training programme,I have back issues myself and will be using some of the techniques in my daily life

5/5
Good course

It would have been good to have a 100% non audio version because I can't have sound on my PC.

4/5
Excellent.

The training was comprehensive and educational. I enjoyed the training and will apply this knowledge both in the work place and in other situations.

5/5
Comprehensive and clear.

Very good, but I notice that you adive people to wedge doors open when moving objects. This is an inconsistent message and I suggest that you discuss the matter with the fire safety people.

Very easy way to learn

The software was very forgiving and easy to use, I rememebr using the dvd for manual handelling and this was a much more convinent way to learn.

5 Stars

The training DVD was very clear, easy to follow and easy to understand. Although a lot of it is common sense it does highlight how easy it is to hurt your back, and how a few simple steps can help to reduce the chances of serious injury.
