again it mainly common sense but it refreshes the information that sometimes we take for granted
It was an idiots guide - but then there are a lot of idiots out there. I thought I might at last learn the difference between sprain and strain but alas, still became confused! The demonstrations were good, though the introduction perhaps a little long winded. All in all a good guide to manual handling. Thank you.
I found this training easy to access and understand. It was helpful and engaging.
broken down into bite sized chunks, clear and consise with good graphics and Video.
Good cover of factors surrounding lifting heavy objects
I think this type of training is the most easy and convenient way to learn, i also like the way you can easily go back to refresh your mind
I found this programme very user friendly. I was a little apprehensive at first, but was pleasantly surprised to find that all the sections was explained in layman terms. The examples and bullet points also made it easier to remember when completing the test as well as for every day living.
Simple and effective but mostly common sense.
I would reccommend this training to others, as it is of a high standard and user friendly to undertake complete
Very well structured informative and easy to follow
