Good training for understanding the importance of manual handling in the workplace.

I Have taken a few interactive test regarding the subject of manual handling, and found this one of the better ones

Little bit dull but straight forward and the test wasn't difficult

i hear i forget, i see i understand, i do i remember - this training does miss the doing but is easy and quick

This is the first time our Academy has used this training programme. I found that I was able to concentrate a lot better working with this programme than listening to speakers. It is also helpful to go back over anything you haven't heard or understood. I hope our Academy continues to use this training programme in the future for this and other training.

I found the video's very easy to following and helpful.

This interactice programme turns a 'why should I bother' mandatory training exercise into something that is relevant and worthwhile. The LITE acronym was particularly helpful.
