A clear and concise course which was easily understood, however I listened using the computers speakers as I have not been supplied with any headphones and found the sound a little quiet against the background noise.

makes you more aware and think of the dangers of incorrect handling procedures! great advice for my everyday employment/job.

i really enjoyed this training programme. i feel as though i am now drastically more prepared and ready for the vigirous demands on manual handling. i'm ready to tackle this head on using the correct lifting and loading techniques that i have acquired.

insufficient instructions as to how the online programme would work. Use of a back button on completion of each section was odd - 1 should just naturally continue from the other. Should be 2 options, 1 briefer version for those who have carried out the training before!

There were no instructions as to how to actually work through the program. The overall presentation is OK for someone totally new to it but a lot of repetition if you have doen it before. It would also be useful to be able to skip through narrative bits straight to actual guidelines.

GOOD BUT IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO HAVE A CHANCE TO CHANGE YOUR ANSWER ON TEST AS BY ACCIDENT I PRESSED THE WRONG BUTTON BUT WAS TOO LATE TO CHANGE ONCE BUTTON PRESSED. WOULD BE GOOD IF YOU HAD TO PRESS BUTTON TWICE TO CONFIRM ANSWER.
