Great video which summarized the topic in an easy to understand manner. Very good.

False selections made on the touch pad of a laptop is an issue. Scrolling over answers with the touch pad of a laptop sometimes select as an answer. If the mouse is positioned on or over an answer between questions when you attempt to scroll it with the touch pad the answer can get selected.

Reiterated the importance of lifting properly

The repeating of the videos is not necessary, there is a replay button at the bottom if you missed any of the video. The majority of the question are answered at the end of each section so why are we to repeat the same questions in the actual test. Lay out and presentation were good, overall enjoyed it, although it was very thorough.

Very professional presentation, that is what persuaded me to buy the fire awareness CD. Very good for simple handling tasks but we also need to consider the use of lifting equipment. Hoped there might be some reference to the manual handling assessment process or is that covered elsewhere? Thought the interviews at the start were a bit too long.

Definitely the way forward to sit in front of a computer, much better than pulling together a number of employees in a room. Much more cost effective.

The training is educative, enjojed it very much and will apply it in my day to day life.

I found it very informative and useful, things we take for granted literally, hopefully Ican now apply this every time I have to move something.
