The program would be better without the videos of people talking about themselves. They were boring so the whole thing became tedious. Best to stick to the tutorial and questions. I most of the videos.
not sure what the questions tested - why do we need to know the difference between a sprain and strain ?
Its surprising how you take lifting for granted so good to be refreshed and it will certainly help
After lifting a box from a table, you should move your whole body together to avoid twisting, not move the feet first and swivel the body to catch up. When using a trolley, the handles should be around waist height, not up to shoulder height.
It was a good way of how to explain things more better than just listening to a voice the video was done to a high standard and very easy to watch and not get to bored .
Good presentation, but as we are a nursing home, moving and handling requirements are quite complex, so the training programme would not be suitable for us. Many thanks
Concise & informative. Given enough information in the right amount of time.
Just as it says on the tin!
being able to stop and continue at my own pace enabled me to complete the course whilst working at the reception
Good basic course, got several important facts across in a straight forward manner.
